Before you book
Rates, payment and cancellation.
Live rates, payment requirements and cancellation conditions are displayed in the RMS booking journey for the apartment and dates you select. Please review those terms before confirming payment, as they form part of your reservation.

Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Alternative times may be available by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.
Parking
One non-height-restricted car park is included with every room.
House guidelines
Parties and smoking are not permitted. Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM.
Your building
Stay Mission Bay operates across Marau and Patteson. Your arrival information will identify the correct building and provide access details.
Privacy
Information supplied during booking is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the terms of the service providers involved in your reservation.
