What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. If you would prefer different times, please contact our friendly team. Early check-in and late checkout requests are subject to availability.
Is car parking included?
Yes. One non-height-restricted car park is included with every room.
How far is Stay Mission Bay from the beach?
Mission Bay Beach is approximately a one-minute walk from Stay Mission Bay.
Which building will I stay in?
Stay Mission Bay operates across two buildings: Marau and Patteson. Room names beginning with “P” are in Patteson, while room names beginning with “M” are in Marau. Your room name and booking confirmation will confirm which building you are in.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is included with your stay.
What are the house rules?
Parties and smoking are not permitted. Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM.
