Booking and payment providers
Our online booking journey is provided through RMS Cloud. Booking and payment information submitted there is processed by the relevant service providers under their own privacy and security terms. Full payment card details are not stored on this WordPress website.
Website analytics and advertising measurement
We use analytics and advertising measurement technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and the OpenAI Measurement Pixel, to understand how our website is used and measure advertising effectiveness. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information such as pages viewed, website interactions, device or browser information and advertising click identifiers. Where required, this measurement is subject to your consent.
Optional updates
We only send promotional updates where you have chosen to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Enquiry and reservation information is retained only for as long as needed to provide your stay, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain appropriate business records. Measurement providers apply their own retention periods.
