Terms and Conditions

All suites and apartment rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night per room basis and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. All other transactions are in NZ Dollars and include GST of 15%.

Reservations

Age: You must be 18yrs or over.

Payment

All reservations made through this website must be accompanied by a valid credit/debit card. 50% of the reservation will be charged at the time of the booking. The remainder will be charged 14 days before check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50% of the fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in the case of a ‘no show’, the total price of the reservation will be charged. All cancellations and amendments must be received via our booking portal or your booking agent. Please Note: For Special Events or Promotional Rates a ‘No Cancellation’ policy may apply. Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card charged for the original transaction.

Before you book, make sure you’re comfortable with our cancellation policy which applies even if you cancel for illness or disruptions caused by COVID-19.
  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
  • If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund
  • You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

Arrival and Departure Times

All our Apartments are self check in Check In: anytime after 15:00 – 23:00 hours Check Out: anytime before 10:00 hours Door Code: Prior to your arrival you will be issued with your personal door code that will be valid for the time of your booking. This code will be reset following your check out.

Parking

Please park in the allocated carpark for your apartment. Please be mindful not to block the driveway preventing other guests from entering or leaving.

Pets

Pets are not allowed

Smoking

We have a strict non-smoking policy for all of our guests on our property. A charge of 1 nights accommodation will apply for those who disregard this policy.

Visitors

In order to ensure the quiet enjoyment of all of our guests we ask that visitors and those hosting visitors keep noise to a minimum. Visitors are to leave by 9.00 p.m. Parking is for apartment/suite guests only.

Damage

We understand that accidents can happen and we would appreciate you letting us know immediately when a spillage or breakage occurs. This enables us to attend to this immediately to minimize long term damage and potential claim for costs. Any other damages or breakages that are caused through carelessness or disrespect of our property will be charged accordingly.

Security Bond

Guests can choose between two options:
  • Security Deposit – Pay a larger fee that is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days depending on your credit card company.
  • Damage Waiver – Pay a smaller fee that is non-refundable

Parties, Pre Ball, After Ball, Hen or Stag Parties

Strictly Not Permitted
