Can I request an early check-in?
You are welcome to request an early check-in. In the event that the room is not booked we may be able to accommodate an early check-in. This may incur an early check-in fee.
Can I request a late check-out?
You are welcome to request a late check-out. In the event that the room is not booked we may be able to accommodate a late check-out. This may incur a late check-out fee.
Can I park my car at my apartment?
Every Apartment and Suite has their own dedicated off-street car park. Information on your car park will be emailed to you prior to check-in.
Can I have more than one car park?
You can request additional car parks, and if available we may be able to accommodate. An additional parking fee may apply.
Does Stay Mission Bay have Wifi in the Apartments?
All Apartments and Suites at Stay Mission Bay have free Wifi.
Can I book the entire Apartment block?

Is there air conditioning in the apartments and suites?
Yes, every Suite and Apartment in Stay Mission Bay has Air Conditioning.

What are the temperatures in Auckland?
The warmest months are December, January and February, and the coldest months are June, July and August. In summer, the average maximum temperature ranges between 20 – 30ºC and in winter between 10 – 15ºC
Can I have friends over for a party or get together?
We have a strict policy of no parties. You are welcome to have friends over during your stay, but we ask that they leave by 10pm.
